Newcastle striker Alexander Isak has spoken about the constant transfer rumors over the past two or three years.
The 25-year-old star impressed last season, scoring 25 goals in 40 games in all competitions, and has emerged as a transfer target for Arsenal, although a move for him did not materialise this summer, with the Gunners believed to be interested.
“In my entire career, I have never spoken or commented on transfer rumors during the season,” Isak said of the news.
“For years it has been talk about, it doesn’t affect me. I’m talking about my situation at Newcastle and I’ve never had any problems there.”
“I am focus on working hard and we will have a great season. There are still many good opportunities for that. I have no idea about anything.”
“The only thing I can say is that there are a lot of information and rumors that come out. But most of what I’ve read Register ufabet is not true. That’s the only thing I can say about the whole thing.”
Isak has been link with the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool by Ufabet Sport, who recently report that the 25-year-old’s talks over a new contract with Newcastle were not going well.
Isak could clearly do a job for Arsenal right now as they’re short of quality up front, with Kai Havertz not really a natural number 9, while there’s a lot of pressure on Bukayo Saka to deliver the spark in basically every game without ever getting much of an opportunity to rest.
